1) First of all download the My BSNL Tunes app from Google Play store
2) Then, click on the install button on the play store to download the app on your smartphone.
3) Now open the app on your smartphone and click on the “Hello Tunes” Icon.
4) After that, you will get a list of different songs, click on any one song which you want to make your caller tune.
5) Then, confirm your hello tune and activate it.
How to Activate tune Using Site:
1) First of all, open the BSNL or “Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited” webiste and then select your language or category.
2) You can also search a caller tune using song/movie/Artist/Name etc.
3) After searching the tune, you will get a list of songs.
4) Click on the play button to review the caller tune and then select the Set option to successfully activate the caller tune on your mobile, number.
5) Now you have successfully activated the hello tune on your smartphone.
6) ake sure to verify your mobile number with OTP before activating the hello on your BSNL number.

How to Activate tune Using SMS:
1) To activate the BSNL caller tune using SMS, you have to open your SMS app on your smartphone.
2) Then compose a new SMS “BT 32102″.
3) In the above text, the 32102 is the hello tune code, which you will find on the BSNL webiste page (Link is given in the above method)
4) Now send the above text on this BSNL number: 56700
5) When you send the SMS from your BSNL mobile number then you will be charged with Rs 1.
How to Set Hello tune Using USSD Code:
1) In case, if you have internet data then you can use this method and the above-given SMS method to activate the hello tune.
2) To activate the hello tune or caller tune using USSD code, you have to insert a BSNL sim card on your smartphone.
3) Then you have to open your smartphone dialer, and you have to enter this code: *567#
4) Now you will get a pop-up on your screen, reply to the pop-up with any number given on the screen.
5) After that, your caller tune will be activated within a few seconds on your BSNL mobile number.
How to Activate Hello tune Using IVR:
1) This is the simplest method in the above-given method to activate hello tune on a BSNL mobile number.
2) To activate the caller tune using IVR, you have to dial the below number on your dialer app.
3) Enter any of these numbers: 56700, 56789, 56768, and call with your BSNL sim card.
4) After this, you will get some hello tune options during the call.
5) Type the number like 1,2,3 during the call to activate the hello tune.
How to Deactivate BSNL Hello tune Using SMS:
1) To deactivate the BSNL hello tune using SMS, open the SMS app in your smartphone and then enter the below-given text.
2) Make sure to compose an SMS before proceeding.
3) Enter his text: BT UNSUB and then send it to any on these 56700 or 56799 numbers.
4) You can also send this text: BT DACT using SMS to this number 56700.
5) You have successfully deactivated the BSNL hello tune using the SMS method.
How to Remove BSNL Caller tune:
1) First of all dial this number: 56700 after inserting the BSNL sim card on your mobile phone.
2) Make sure to have at least Rs 2 in the BSNL sim card before dialing the above number.
3) Then select the hello tune or hello tune category and then press any key to remove the caller tune from your BSNL mobile number.
4) You can also remove the hello tune using the BSNL website.
5) After logging in with your email address on the BSNL site, go to the profile section and then click on the Deactivation link.
How to Change BSNL Caller tune:
1) Firstly, download the BSNL tunes app from the Google Play Store.
2) Then, install the app on your smartphone and then open the app.
3) If you have already downloaded this app using the above-given caller tune activation method then skip the first two steps.
4) Now login into the app and then select any caller tune to change the existing caller tune.
5) Now click on the activation method to activate the hello tune on your mobile number.
